Corned Beef is one of the many quick-and-easy-to-prepare breakfast meals for many Pinoys. The real meat is fully cooked but enhancing its flavor comes in many different ways. One of the favorite and most common way is by sautéing with minced garlic and chopped onions. Pinoys love to eat this with steamed or fried rice. Once ready, the "ginisang" or sautéed corned beef can also become a "palaman" or filling for a sandwich to take with you to work or for a picnic. It is high in protein.
